Merry Christmas and welcome to our very first photo diary. As the madness of Christmas descends upon us, we thought we'd take an hour out to visit one of our favourite Pembrokeshire beaches. Druidston.
The perfect place to unwind after hours of wrapping, baking and last minute prep.

First on the agenda: Search the shoreline for driftwood. This time of year is great for picking up all sorts of bits and pieces, and today was no exception. No sooner had we set foot on the beach and the perfect piece was found. Another driftwood artwork in waiting!

Sadly, driftwood wasn't the only thing to wash up today. An all too familiar sight on Pembrokeshire's beaches these days, the plastic was everywhere. Especially these tiny pieces, which are almost impossible to clean up!

It's not all bad news though. The waterfall at the far end of the beach, which had pretty much dried up during the summer drought, was back in all its glory today. Not a bad way to end the day!

So that's all for now. We hope you enjoyed our very first photo diary. If you have any ideas for Pembrokeshire locations you would like us to visit, leave us a message in the comments below.
From all of us here at Made in Pembrokeshire, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
